Life is complicated, and sometimes the challenges we face feel too heavy to carry alone. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, chronic pain, or the aftermath of trauma, I offer a dedicated space to work through what's holding you back and find a path forward.
Every person who walks through my door — or joins a session online — brings a unique story. Individual therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all process. Together, we'll explore what's going on beneath the surface, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop new ways of thinking and relating that actually work for your life.
I bring decades of experience helping people navigate some of life's most difficult moments. My approach is grounded in genuine curiosity about your experience, a warm and non-judgmental presence, and a commitment to helping you make real, lasting change — not just managing symptoms.
Individual therapy with me can help with a wide range of concerns, including:
One area where my work stands out is in treating chronic pain and other mind-body symptoms. Research shows that the vast majority of chronic pain has a neuroplastic component — meaning the brain and nervous system can be retrained to stop producing the pain signal. Rather than assuming the pain is inevitable and the best we can do it “manage" it, my focus is on helping patients eliminate it entirely through therapy. And many are able to do just that. This same mind-body lens informs how I approach all of my work: your emotional life and your physical experience are deeply connected.
I offer sessions both in-person at my Highland Park, NJ office and virtually, so you can access support in whatever format works best for your schedule and comfort level.
If you're ready to start — or just curious about whether therapy might help — I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. You don't have to have it all figured out before you call. That's what the first conversation is for.

Whether you are struggling with chronic pain, looking for the right therapy group, navigating the loss of your therapist, or seeking clinical consultation, please reach out to discuss your questions and learn more about how I can help. I personally respond to all inquiries and look forward to connecting with you.
